Shipping

Where do you ship? We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and all major European countries. Join our mailing list for updates as we expand our paws globally!

When will my order ship? Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your pet's goodies all the way home.

How can I change my shipping address? Please email us at help@kabir.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update it before the package leaves our warehouse.

My tracking isn't working. Don't worry! Tracking information can take 48-72 hours to update in the carrier's system. If it’s been longer than 5 days with no movement, please reach out to us.
